Amun Ra Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment. This page sets out the tools available to you at Amun Ra, the external organisations you can contact, and how to reach us directly. Amun Ra operates under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority (licence OGL/2023/103/0067, held by Rabidi N.V.). If anything on this page is relevant to you right now, the contacts below are real and available.
Our commitment
Amun Ra holds a Certificate of Operation issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority on 5 February 2024. All accounts are restricted to players aged 18 and over. Self-exclusion is available on request, and we close accounts the same day when a player asks us to.
Tools available
Several controls are available directly through your account or by contacting support. You do not need to justify using any of them.
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit
- Loss limits: restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period
- Session time limits: set a maximum duration for a single play session
- Reality checks: receive on-screen reminders at intervals you choose
- Cool-off periods: take a short break from your account without full closure
- Self-exclusion: suspend your account for a set period or indefinitely
To set any of these, open your account panel or contact support at [email protected] . Self-exclusion and account closure requests are handled via support email. When requesting self-exclusion, you will be asked to declare any other accounts you hold with us so all can be closed together.
Signs to watch for
Some patterns can indicate that gambling has moved outside of entertainment. These are factual indicators, not a judgement.
- Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
- Spending more time or money gambling than you planned
- Gambling affecting your time with family, friends, or work
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling irritable or restless when you are not able to gamble
- Concealing how much time or money you spend gambling
